1. You're Shy
The reason why girls aren't talking to you is that you're too shy. Shy guys just have no initiative and very low self-esteem and the reason behind it is because most shy guys have this imaginary sixth sense where they predict the outcome of every social interaction and already imagine themselves being rejected before even being there, so what do they do is close and avoid the situation to not end up being emotionally hurt but guess what, you just lost, you didn't take initiative, she noticed and sense the insecurity and she's not gonna approach you, women want confident men.
2. You Just Seem Too Arrogant
Confidence is sexy that in-between balance is what girls want in guys but being too shy or too arrogant are extremes that you don't want to be in. And there are certain guys that are just so full of themselves from the way they talk, the way they walk, or the way they look down at people, that you can just sense their arrogance a mile away and in their mind, they're thinking that girls are just drooling over them; most of them probably just think that their arrogance is annoying and there's definitely not gonna be talking to them.

Girls want to feel like they want a prize and be proud of the partner therewith; the same way you want that girl that looks beautiful and probably puts tons of effort and looking pretty every day, if you're a slob and keep crabs about the clothing that you wear, girls will feel the same way towards you that's why you should always focus so much on your personal style, everything from the watch to the shoe you put on your feet because all those small accessories, those are the things that most guys don't think about but girls do notice.
4. Body Language
It's all off when you just seem to standoffish because in case you don't know, over half of your communication is nonverbal, this means that what you say only impacts your person about 50%, the other 50's your body language. So that girl will never talk to you if your body language is basically telling her - " F off! I don't want to hang out ", and that's what most guys do and mostly it's kind of like a reflex.
They're so nervous and they fear rejection, they'd rather just close off and protect themselves versus being out there be a little bit vulnerable and try and go after what they want.
5. You're Too Feminine
The fifth reason why most girls won't talk to you is that you're too feminine. Many guys just act both physically and emotionally, just too feminine where they're super needy, scared of everything, undecisive, and just always let the woman take the lead. This will just make her feel like she's the masculine one in the relationship which 99% of women will be turned off by. Biologically speaking, women want to be with the man that is a provider and will make her feel protective, if she doesn't get those vibes from you, she's never gonna want to interact with you.
